I didnt realize this until the next day when I was looking over the pictures that were taken, but there are about 275 lbs that are &#8216;missing&#8217; from this photo! Living proof that if you are consistent with your workouts and diet you can still go and enjoy a beer on the weekend. <div><span style="font-size: x-small; color: #333333; font-family: Arial;"><strong>2.</strong> <strong>Perform moderate amounts of aerobic activity: </strong>30-60 minutes of your favorite cardio activity 3 days a week will do the trick.</span></div>
